Machining Characteristics
1: This is black ABS material, easy to cut.
2: The middle of the product is hollow and easy to deform. The deformation problem needs to be overcome in the machining.
3: The screw holes on the four corners are for brass studs, which are embedded into plastic by hot-melt process.
 
Surface Treatment
The external surface is coated with black paint to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
