Technologies of Machining and Inspection

Workpiece Requirements:
The machining accuracy requirements of this workpiece are general, but the appearance requirements are high, and the surface treatment belongs to the unconventional color system.
Machining Characteristics:
1.Machined by CNC 3-axis machining center, and two sides are roughened, and stock is left out on one side.
2.Aging treatment is applied to fully remove the cutting stress in the workpiece.
3.Inner frame is finished with 3-axis CNC machining center and ensure that its machined surface is not deformed.
4.4-axis machining with fixture is applied to finish milling the 4 sides so that the forming can be done at one time and ensure the consistency and precision. Tolerances are to be machined within ± 0.02mm.
5.3-axis machining is applied to machine the final machining surfact to ensure that its parallelism and flatness are within 0.02mm.
Surface Treatment
Spraying 200# fine sand + gray anodizing to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
Inspection
The places where accuracy is required meet the requirements of drawing, and the flatness and perpendicularity are within 0.02mm, and it is tested with CMM, and finished product reports from CMM are generated.
